Air Washer- The system consist of enclosure , centrifugal blower, cooling pads, pre filters, Induction motors , mono block pump, SS sump, electric switch. The enclosure consist of 25mm thick CFC free sandwich panel density 40kg/cum3, pvc corner, aluminium anodized hollow frame with nylon hinges and lock shall be provided. Centrifugal blower (DIDW) is mounted on common channel base frame. the fan discharge air from blow thru or draw thru arrangement from wet section. Induction motors (hp) depends on capacity of the blower. Water circulation from mono block pump is provided to cooling pads to convert hot air into cool air. Filters are used to filter outside ambient air to enter inside the enclosure. The unit is modular construction and can be assembled in open area or covered.
